AF Order of Precedence issue

I just noticed an error in the order of precedence for AF awards. When I use UR to create my rack it has the AF Longevity Service Award Ribbon displayed before the Army Overseas Service Ribbon. According to AFI 36-2903 this should be reversed. The AOSR is number 82 in order of precedence and the AFLSAR is number 87.

Is John still working on this site at all? There seem to be a huge number of bug report that have never been addressed and I haven't seen any updates from him in a while. Just wondering what the status is.

.....sound of crickets.....

The site was turned over to the world as "open source" and then promptly abandoned...I don't think there's anyone minding the store here anymore. Too bad, as this could be a great asset if all the bugs were flushed out.

I knew he had placed the code on Sourceforge, but didn't realize until tonight that John hasn't been around since Dec. What a shame. This was a great program.
