Wrong count and red X

The box at the top says "444 Ribbons Now Available!"

Should be 496.

Will be 497 when the New Hampshire National Guard Counterdrug Task Force Ribbon doesn't show up as a red X.

Can't find any reference for the Counterdruf Task Force... if you've got access to one or the reg or somthing... please feel free to give me a hand.
