the north carolina national guard state active duty ribbon uses a roman numeral instead of a oak leaf cluster and the other nc ribbons use a hornets nest instead of the oak leafs but they are baisacly the same thing one hornet nest for each additional award im not sure how you make the oak leaf's appear on the racks but if it is just a graphic then i can look for them if you like
