Adding to the wiki

John, I have uploaded most of the Air Force Specific Medals and their associated ribbons; However I am still unable to link to them. I can use the ribbon that you uploaded and link to that one no problem, but when I look at the properties of your image link and the ones I am doing on the AF comendation medal your link goes to the picture, mine goes to the special upload .. Take a look at the URL and you will see what I mean. It has me boggled, then again I am a Telecommunications person not a computer guy

I think I found you're problem. File names are case sensitive. You had AFCM.png for the AF Commendation Medal when the picture was actually AFCM.PNG. You can see the change on that page. Works great!

To see the files which have been uploaded you can see them on the Special Page called File List. Make sure to get the file names from there and perhaps just copy and paste the file name which should alleviate any problems.

My host is Linux-based... it cares about case in file and directory information...

Maybe a stupid question but what is "Wiki"?

Well, a Wiki is an information site. If you click on the ribbons it will take you to the UR Wiki site, here you will find information about that particular Medal. So far I have completed the Air Force and most of the multi service awards. Any member of the UR can contribute to the WIKI all they have to do is subscribe to the site and agree to stay within the guidlines of posting to that site. I am sure John can provide more info as it is his site

I finally signed up in the Wiki. I have Washington State's regulations for thier awards. I haven't looked to see if they have not already been uploaded yet.
