So Ben, assuming you were (or are still) now in the Washington Army National Guard, based on the WAARNG ribbons on your rack. I also noticed you have the Louisiana Emergency Service Medal on your rack, which would mean you served during Hurricane Katrina humanitarian operations back in the fall of 2005, the same time I did. Therefore, you would want to place the LESM as your last ribbon (in the lowest order of precedence behind your WAARNG ribbons) as it was awarded by another State. Here is what your amended rack should look like:
