The CT Army National Guard has a new Medal. It is the CT Veterans War Time Service Medal. It is worn between CT Medal of Merit and CT Long Service Ribbon. I have created the medal and could send it to you if needed. Also the CT National Guard Desert Storm Ribbon has been renamed "CT Mobilization Service Ribbon."

True, and there's also a new Soldier of the Year/NCO of the Year ribbon, but I haven't seen a design or where it falls in the Order of Precedence yet. Guidance from CSM S as of last week is the following for current Order of Precedence:
CT Medal of Valor
CT Medal of Merit
CT Veterans Wartime Service Medal
CT Long Service Ribbon
CT Mobilization Service Ribbon
CT Emergency Service Ribbon
Selected Reserve Force Medal
Outstanding Unit Award

According to the memo from the State CSM, that's it for authorized state awards on the uniform, so maybe we can get rid of the Foot Guard ribbon and add the new ones? I just registered on this site today and created the CT Wartime Service Medal .PNG if you need it.

Also, devices for at least the Long Service Medal and the Emergency Service Ribbon(for multiple call-ups) are missing. How can I help?
