An Indiana Ribbon i did not find

Hello, I love your site, never has it been easier to put together my ribbon rack and see it so quiclky. However, there is one IN ribbon i have been awarded and did not see here, i am aware you are working on things and just wanted to make sure you were aware of the ribbon in case you were not. As i said before this is a wonderful site, and the amount of detail thus far is outstanding. Please, Please keep up the excellent work. The ribbon i am looking for is the IN overseas service ribbon, it has 2 yellow bars on the sides, 2 blue bars inside of those and a white section in the middle. I did not know if this was a new ribbon just released or what the deal was. But i wanted to let you know that it is out there. Thankyou for this site and your time.

Would it be possible for you to recreate the ribbon using our Ribbon Creator? If so, could you make it and email it to me along with any information about the appurtenances which go on it and its order of precedence?
