Help needed....US Dept. Of State awards

I'm trying to put together a display of my Dad's service awards in time for X-mas. He served in the Air Force, Army, and State Dept. I have the military awards covered, but am having problems with the USDS ones.

I've looked extensively online but can't find any information on them, and the personnel office is not much help. Anyone have any experience with the awards or can point me in the right direction?

You should also be able to find some of them under "U.S. Civilian" awards on the main page. Check the check box for "U.S. Civilian" and Submit... then click the checkbox on the subsequent page to see if they're there. Do you have a list of the ones you are looking for?

I have checked the civilian awards page and they are not listed. I did find one of them on another site some time ago but it was not a rackbuilder.

I am looking specifically for the Meritorious Honor, Superior Honor, and Secretary's Career Achievement Awards. I'd also like to figure out where they would place on a rack with the military awards......big chore I know!

Generally speaking, IF they are allowed on the military uniform (per the regs of the service involved), they would be placed along with other US non-military decorations, after military unit awards and before military service awards.
