Coast Guard... DoT or DoHS?

I'm trying to determine whether I should list the DoT awards for the Coast Guard as DoT or DoHS... my understanding is that the Coast Guard now falls under the DoHS now. Is this acurrate? What's everyone think?

The USCG now falls under the Dept of HS... However the ribbons and medals issued in the past are DOT. The DHS has yet to introduce any awards to my knowledge. The awards should be listed as DOT as thats what dept they are.

You have probably already determined this, but I will verify, yes the USCG is now under the DoHS. All the DoT awards that were issued are still DoT awards and won't change, they just won't be issued anymore and there haven't been any DoHS awards established yet.
