I would like to do what ever is needed to add the State of Idaho awards.

You can use the Ribbon Creator (see link on front page of website) to create the ribbons. Make sure you save the PNG files created and use the SMALL graphic option.

Plenty of guys who visit the site can help you.

Are you sure? check your states TAG Pam. The Massachusetts TAGMA PAM clearly spells out the order of precidence in relation to other states. that wont help you of course, unless your also a Bostonian.

Before I saw this site, I posted the Oregon ANG Medals and Ribbons on

most of them.

The ribbons in proper order and their devices are as follows...
ORNG Distinguished Service - No subsequent awards
ORNG Exceptional Service - Bronze oak leaf cluster, Gold star(heroism), Silver star (human relations)
ORNG Meritorious Service - Bronze oak leaf cluster, Gold star(heroism), Silver star (human relations)
ORNG Commendation - Bronze oak leaf cluster
ORNG 30-Year Medal - Bronze star(35yr), Bronze Hourglass(40yr)
ORNG Superior Soldier/Airman - Bronze(2nd award)/Silver(5th award) oak leaf
ORNG Superior Unit - Bronze(2nd award)/Silver(5th award) oak leaf
ORNG Emergency Service - Bronze(2nd award)/Silver(5th award) oak leaf

Because I know I would screw-up how to explain the wear of the devices for these ribbons, this is Straight from the Regs.

ORNG Faithful Service
The “M” Device will be worn on the Oregon Faithful Service Ribbon to denote service during a mobilization or contingency designated by the Secretary of Defense. Subsequent awards of the “M” Device will be annotated by a Bronze Numeral starting with the second award. The Bronze Numeral will always be worn on the wearer’s left of the “M” Device.

5 years = Faithful Service Ribbon + a Bronze Star worn centered on the ribbon; unless the “M” Device is authorized. If the “M” Device is authorized the “M” Device will be worn on the wearer’s left and the Bronze Star will be worn on the wearer’s right.

10 years = Faithful Service Ribbon + a Bronze Hourglass worn centered on the ribbon; unless the “M” Device is authorized. If the “M” Device is authorized the “M” Device will be worn on the wearer’s left and the Bronze Hourglass will be worn on the wearer’s right.

15 years = Faithful Service Ribbon; + a Bronze Hourglass worn on the wearer’s right and a Bronze Star worn on the wearer’s left; unless the “M” Device is authorized. If the “M Device is authorized the “M” Device will be worn on the wearer’s left, the Bronze Star will be centered and the Bronze Hourglass will be worn on the wearer’s right.

20 years = Faithful Service Ribbon + a Silver Hourglass worn centered on the ribbon; unless the “M” Device is authorized. If the “M” Device is authorized the “M” Device will be worn on the wearer’s left and the Silver Hourglass will be worn on the wearer’s right.

25 years = Faithful Service Ribbon + a Silver Hourglass worn on the wearer’s right and a Bronze Star worn on the wearer’s left; unless the “M” Device is authorized. If the “M” Device is authorized the “M” Device will be worn on the wearer’s left, the Bronze Star will be centered and the Bronze Hourglass will be worn on the wearer’s right.

30 years = Faithful Service Ribbon + a Gold Hourglass worn centered on the ribbon; unless the “M” Device is authorized. If the “M” Device is authorized the “M” Device will be worn on the wearer’s left and the Gold Hourglass will be worn on the wearer’s right.

ORNG Recruiting
Bronze for the second award (6 enlistment’s), silver for the third award (9 enlistment’s), gold for the fourth award (15 enlistment’s), two gold leaf clusters for the fifth award (30 enlistment’s).

The following numeral increments will be used to designate recruiting achievements beyond 30 enlistment’s; sixth award (50 enlistment’s) Numeral l; seventh award (100 enlistment’s) numeral 2; eighth award (200 enlistment’s) numeral 3; ninth award (300 enlistment’s) numeral 4; tenth award (400 enlistment’s) numeral 5.

I'm not sure if you received the State National Guard Ribbons I have on file or would prefer to have them posted here. As stated I have all the National Guard Ribbons for each state plus territories, ie Guam, Virgin Islands etc. Let me know.

Everything you've sent me I have saved on my home machine. So, I have all the graphics but haven't had time to hunt down the precedence, official names, etc.
