general question about rackbuilders

Just wondering if anyone knows of a rackbuilder that is able to generate your mini-medal rack (for wear on the mess dress uniform). I haven't seen any sites that will do this and I think it would be a helpful tool alongside the ribbon rackbuilder.

I'll give it a shot. But it'll have to be put on a back burner until December. I've got too many books to read, papers to write, and tests to take between now and the end of November to even think about it.

I don't know how to do it nor do I have the time to learn but it sure would be nice is I could build the rack the way I wear it. IE: the bottom 3 rows have 4 ribbons each and the top 2 rows are 3 ribbons each. So if any of the gurus out there knows how to do this it would be GREAT! Thanks!
