Help Request #2: Position Filled - GWOTEM and GWOTSM

Are the GWOTEM and GWOTSM issued solely by the army or are they being issued by all five services?

They look like service-wide awards... but what are these "battle stars" they're taking about for them? Are these the same smaller stars or larger stars?

John,
The GWOTEM and GWOTSM are all service awards, BUT..... Each of the services are promulgating their own award criteria in order to coordinate them with their service specific awards and will eventually award them. I believe the only service that is awarding these items at present is the Army. No battle stars, service stars or campaign stars have been authorized.
