Texas ribbons and medals

I was wondering who I contact to get Texas NG ribbons and medals added. I will do the work I just don't know where to start.

Currently I am using the ribbon creator and creating the ribbons, I just need to find out what devices go on each ribbon. If you would like to use the ribbon creator and design your ribbons that would be great. Just email me an order of presedence with what devices that go on each award, and attach the pics for the ribbons make sure you use small. I know that Texas uses stars on some of there ribbons the ribbon creator will not let you add those so just make a note next to the ribbon what location it is on the ribbon, and what color or add a picture of the real ribbon. All help will be welcome. I have only been able to do 4 states in the last 3 weeks it is time consuming. Thanks for the help
