You don't have to wait! Act now!
As those who have spent time to create the ribbon graphics using the handy dandy ribbon creator ( http://ultimaterack.ajandj.com/tests/ribbon_creator.php ) can attest... if you post the graphics, the order of precedence and the appurtenances... up it goes! (Just make sure when you create the ribbons you save tham as the PNG files which are created by the ribbon creator and use the SMALL setting)
Meet me halfway and you won't have to wait... wait for someone else to do it and you may be waiting a long while.
